22º was created from an improvisational recording session in January 2023. Photos were displayed around the studio, which inspired this song. The photos were of a beautiful winter moon halo I had taken from where I lived along the Klamath River in Northern California. When I was recording this song, it was as if I had been transported back to that majestic winter night.
